Refund Conditions

This page describes the refund policy for Moira (moira-astro.com), operated by Daniel Burkett. Please read it before subscribing.

1. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your Moira Enhanced subscription at any time. There is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.

2. No Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for past or partial billing periods. This applies whether you use the service actively or not during the period.

3. Access Through the End of the Paid Period

When you cancel, your subscription does not end immediately. You retain full access to Enhanced features through the end of the current paid billing period. After that date your account reverts to the free tier; no further charges are made.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal linked from your account page. If you have difficulty cancelling, contact us at support@moira-astro.com and we will assist you.

5. Donations

One-time donations made through Moira are non-refundable. Donations are voluntary contributions and do not confer subscription access or any other benefit beyond our gratitude.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we understand that unusual situations arise. If you believe your circumstances warrant an exception, please contact us at support@moira-astro.com with the details. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Reaching out does not guarantee a refund.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
